We just stayed here for 5 days. It's all about the location...it was perfect! It's close to the city; we were able to drive in and park without a problem. There was electricity and water hookups, dump station on the premises, and the space we were in was level. The parking lot backs up to Homeland Security, so there is an electric fence (beware dog owners and parents with young children). The bathroom had one shower, which was clean, and restrooms. The people that checked us in and out were awesome! They provided us with everything we needed to know about public transportation, nearby attractions, and helped with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend if you want to be close to the city.

The location is extremely convenient. I don't think that you'll find a campground so close to a major city. You're within a half hour walk if you would like to walk into the nicer parts of the city. The connections at each site are electric and water and there is a nearby dump station and showers and bathrooms. The actual area where the facility is located is extremely industrial. There is really nothing around it, so you will have to take the shuttle in or if you are a good walker you can walk into the city. There is a 24-hour shuttle.

Very convenient place to camp in a motor-home, right in the city of Philly. You are literally backed up to a US Customs building (watch out for the electric fences) 50amp and water were right there. But the sewer was over near the office right up-against the building so you had to back in. I would have needed about 25' of sewer hose to reach it so we just waited till the next park. The inlet for the sewer was also about 12" off the ground. To make it useful they would need to run the drain pipe out probably 15' from the building, but then someone would likely run it over.

I had a really pleasant experience here. It isn't the cheapest or nicest campground, but this is not a state park in the country. This is a city campground that is wicked close to everything to do in Philadelphia. Do not expect a KOA-type atmosphere here. This is a place to park your rig and explore Philadelphia within a 10 minute drive. That said, I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of access and how nice the parking lot actually was. I will definitely be coming here again when I visit Philly.

This was the only place to stay close to the city of Philadelphia. Its an asphalt parking lot with water and electric. The office people were friendly, and the bathrooms were clean. There was a shower a well! The only downside was how loud the train tracks are. We kept hearing, & feeling, the box cars bumping into each other as they were being connected. They were LOUD!
