Prices are a touch higher than their competitors, but it is worth it. The quality difference in their ingredients is apparent. I've been eating here for over 10 years. I get tired of places quickly, but they have been a goto from the beginning

Food - Only tried the buffalo chicken pizza for delivery. The absolute worst pizza I have ever had. The pizza was way worse than any frozen stuff you could ever get. The base was hard. The chicken pieces dried out of every bit of moisture. I had few bites off of one slice and threw the entire thing away(a large pizza). I probably caught them on their worst. But this is a staggering level of worst food. Too traumatized to try anything else here.

Service - The delivery chap was quite pleasant though. A few too many questions, but amicable.

I was actually quite a fan of this place. Order my lunch here pretty much daily. Today I ordered a BLT sandwich and was charged $13.24...which sounded odd to me so I called back. After looking at my online banking I realized on previous days that I had paid $13.24 for a sandwich AND an order of french fries, so of course I confronted them about the mistake. Whoever answered the phone proceeded to argue with me that I ordered fries when in fact I most certainly did not. Instead of just saying "Oh I'm sorry, let's get the charge taken off for you" he again proceeded to tell me I did order fries and that the minimum order for delivery was $10. GREAT, so charge me $10 for a sandwich that costs $7.50 but don't over charge me for food that I did not ask for. I would have had absolutely no issue with this situation if this employee did not have the audacity to continue arguing with me over something so petty. In the end my order was canceled completely and they have lost a DAILY customer. Well done!
