He and his team are experienced and knowledgeable in the insurance field and they are very prompt in responding to quotes for insurance.  I also have a number of clients who utilize Thomas for their insurance needs and they are very satisfied with the services Thomas offers.  Thomas also cares about his local community. Great insurance agent!

I have been with Thomas Payne since 2011 and have never had a problem.  Their service has always been prompt and thorough.

Horrible. I tried twice via email and twice via phone to transfer to Teresa Hensley and his office refused to honor my request. Do I  not get to choose my own agent???
