I have had materials delivered and I have picked them up for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have the best sales staff and yard crew.  Never have to wait to get out of there

The store is ok but the service outside is terrible guys don't pay attention when there's people waiting to get loaded, we do have a schedule.

Came in to order thousands of dollars of stack stone, so I ordered a sample of what we were looking for.  I had to call them 2 twice to find out status of the sample and they eventually told me that "someone must have thrown it (the order) away".  Of course they did. You wrote it on the back of a piece of scrap paper.

Totally unprofessional way to treat someone that is willing to spend a huge chunk of money at your business.

I called this morning at 9:15am to get some prices on parts and to see if they were in stock. Once I was transferred I was immediately hung up on. Called back again and said, "I think I was disconnected," (giving them the benefit of the doubt) only to be transferred again, this time with music in the background for about 30 sec before I was hung up on again. Off to find another company that wants the business.
