San Pedro- Oscar the cashier was very informative lead me to right directions, courteous, friendly and always cheerful. Pleasure doing business with that type of atmosphere. Tony the loader also may be not so cheerful but definitely all the other fine quality's of a good employee​

Assistant by name of Luke provided me with excellent customer service. Employee like Luke truly make you want to come back and do business with establishment.

Three 🌟 for the one employee that helped me. If not for him I'd say no stars! I'm not sure what happened to this place the employees used to be so helpful and knowledgeable. Cashiers are friendly!

Jimmie is an incredible part of this store she just makes me smile by looking at her her demeanor is second to none she has a happiness and shines like a ray of sunshine upon this store also Corinna was a pleasant surprise to see there so knowledgeable the PRIME example of DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER SHE KNOWS MORE THAN 90% of the men in there! I see new faces working there all the time these 2 are faced I hope to never see leave the manager was very kind to me as well she was a female darker hair at the time I was there but please get rid of that angry short heavy set lady at the check out that looks like she wants to kill you just for shopping at Home Depot what a depressing site Jesus Christ smile lady!

zero stars... a complete nightmare! july.. step one. home depot. husband and paid for a new countertop in full. step two. installer came out to measure, circled the exact sink we needed on the brochure. step three: random cancellation of our confirmed meeting time - we took a day off work to be at home for the installer - apparently a random person called to cancel from an unknown number?? step four.. took of work again.. different installer came. we had exact sink they told us to purchase. we were told we were given the wrong information.. we need to return the sink and reschedule. step five.. we purchase a smaller sink with the dimensions the installer told us to. they come to meausure and we sign off on paperwork again. we are told the install will be 7 to 10 days. step six. husband and i demo kitchen and prep for install before we leave for vaca. step seven.. when we are out of town, installer circles back to initial installer (same company) and the sink size is wrong... again. step eight.. our kitchen is demolished.. we returned yet another sink.. we will have to wait for the 3rd sink to come in.. They will have to remeasure and add another 7 to 10 days for delivery. 2 months with no kitchen. I rather have had my 70s tile. The installers only solution was to reimburse the $60 we paid to return the two sinks they told us to purchase. We thought that through purchasing through Home Depot, we would not have to worry about customer service and contractors. WE WERE WRONG. We will not make this mistake again. I hope my nightmare of an experience helps someone make a better decision.
