This company is the absolute worst. Please people what ever you do don't not hire them. I started working at this company on 6-26-2017. I only worked one week due to their lack of professionalism and evil ways. They SCAM people out of their money and try to make it seem as if the customer did something wrong. Today makes one month and a day since I started there and they still have not paid me for my time worked there. I have text messages saying this day and the next that I will get paid. Four different times and nothing yet. I overheard the worst working there how they treat people and it's not right. Shawn gets everyone to do his dirty work. He was suppose to contact me about my pay and I have not spoken to him yet. He always have Bobbi to tell me this and that AND WHEN I SPOKE OF THE UNPROFESSIONALISM WAS TOLD IT WAS OUT OF HER HANDS. I have filed a complaint with the BBB AS WELL!!!!!! I really feel sorry for you guys if you read these reviews and still hire them for you will be in for a rude awakening and out of you money.  I have seen it with my own eyes trust me take your business somewhere it will be appreciated. They deserve 0 stars. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. SIGNED EX EMPLOYEE WHO PUT IN WORK HOURS AND DID NOT GET PAID FOR MY TIME

It's unbelievable that this company is allowed to continue to do business. After being quoted a "special" of $199 for 2 guy, 3 hour move, I was charged another hundred bucks because of "travel time." When I went to dispute this with their owner, he said I wasn't being honest with him and "my employees are on point and are very clear about travel time." This was never said at all on the phone or anywhere on my quote prior to the move. If you're going to hide fine print in your contract that customers sign day of, you better be okay with receiving a lot of negative feedback because you're not up front with your customers. I have never felt more insulted and taken advantage of in my entire life. Clearly from reading other reviews, I'm not alone. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

This company is a joke. I would give 0 stars with it would let me.  I got a quote and they informed me that they would pack everything up and take it to the new location. They informed me that I could cancel at any time and get my deposit back. Well I got my quote and in the fine print I had 48 hours to cancel. And the quote was not what we agreed on. Well they answered once and told them to cancel with in less the 24 hours. And they wouldn't do it. I sent numerous emails and voice-mail with no return calls and when they did finally call me after a week of trying to get a hold of them. They still did not cancel and just adjusted the quote. I have been calling over and over again since and finally picked up today. Well he states that he will not refund me despite my other emails and phone calls and told me that he would cancel in a very rude attitude. I asked to speak to the manager that I dealt with and he was on vacation which is fine so I asked for another manager and he stated that no one was there that I could speak to. Sam was very rude and proceed to argue with me and at the end told me he was not speaking English and hung up on me. I would never recommend this company. After I have tried calling back they have not answered me again despite more emails and voice messages. Very disappointed.

Being able to find a trustworthy and reliable moving company is very hard nowadays
I used Thompson and Sons referred from a very close friend. I will have to say that it  was one of the best moves ever,  I live in Miami  so I’m  moving  like every other year They were extremely  strong and very professional it was fast and simple  for a reasonable price. 
They kept me informed throughout the process. These guys do a great job and I highly recommend them would use them again in a heart beat

This company did not fasten anything to the walls of the truck, nor did they pad the furniture. They severely damaged 11 pieces of my furniture including a big screen TV during the move. THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO PAY THE BALANCE IN CASH BEFORE UNLOADING THE DAMAGED FURNITURE SO I WOULDN'T SEE IT BEFORE PAYING. I paid with card. 

I have submitted a claim form they sent me over a month ago with before and after pictures and they still haven't responded, although the agreement says they will be handled within 30 days. The owner/claims manager, MARCENE, has not been available to speak with me, though my countless attempts. I was informed that she has another full-time job so is very busy and no one else can help. They do not respond to my follow-up emails either. I was recently informed that she was busy opening a new branch in Orlando for 1 month, before handling the open matters they had with current clients. The only departments you can speak with are the sales and scheduling departments. I HOPE THIS REVIEW CAN SAVE SOMEONE ELSE FROM HAVING THEIR FURNITURE DESTROYED.
