Had to rent a trailer for moving and the hitch I had installed earlier at another U-Haul location was giving me issues. I had been told before that it would be $100+ in parts and labor to fix something that wasn't done properly the first time, but the manager here took the time to wire it the proper way and get me on the road (at a grand total of $9!). 

There's already enough headaches when it's time to move, but it's nice to know at least I have a U-Haul rental location that's looking out for me.
