My daughter's air conditioner quit working a few weeks ago. We called Thompson to have someone take a look at it. In less than three hours their service tech showed up, performed a number of electrical checks, then diagnosed and fixed problem.

I can't say enough good things about Vincent, the service person. He knew exactly what to do, was friendly but efficient, answered any and all questions, and offered sound advice for future HVAC needs. He's easily the best service person we've worked with!

I selected them because their sales person was honest and didn't try to up-sell me into an AC unit that was too much for my house, like 2 other companies did. Very polite and professional installation crew. Really nice guys. Did a great job and work was done on time. I highly recommend this company for AC installation.

Thompson did a great job installing a mini split air conditioner at my house. They were able to solve some power issues we had going to the unattached garage and now we can cool it down or heat it up in just minutes. The AC is virtually noiseless and very energy efficient too! Thank you!!!

Today was the second time Iv'e used this company. Today for a AC tuneup. Robert arrived when he said he would. He did a great job was friendly and engaging. I inherited this AC with my home Don't know when it has last been serviced. Robert tuned it up replaced filter for $126 spent about an hour up in the attic and outside. I'm always a bit apprehensive about getting sold services I don't really need . But NOT with this company . Thanks Thompson's Heating and Air and ROBERT !!!

Nothing but great things to say about this company! The technician Garrett was fast and efficient. He was able to fit us in right away, and was quick to solve the problem on why our ac unit had quit working. This is the second time we have used them for services and I won't hesitate to refer them to my friends and family! Thanks again Thompson heating and ac you have a happy customer for life!
