I'm really disappointed in the way I was treated especially how my boyfriend was treated. Last night I had a major panic attack and my boyfriend called 911. My boyfriend told them I did not want to go to a current hospital and they threatened to arrest him. I kept asking where my boyfriend was and the told me that he was in front of the ambulance with the driver. Come to find out they told him he was not welcome to come. They did not inform my boyfriend nor my mom where I was going. My mom had to pick up my boyfriend and search for what hospital I was at. I come from a family of firefighters and paramedics and my family would NEVER treat someone the way they treated us. I am sorely disappointed with the Thornton Fire Department except for the bald gentleman. He was the only one that truly show my boyfriend he cared. Next time I will drive myself before I call them again.
