"Thornton Services has revitalized my attitude about having work done to our home. After several all-too-common bad experiences with contractors I found a professional, timely and honest contracting firm in Thornton Services. Something that I had almost giving up finding. My expectations of the project were clear – I needed a new deck. Our current deck was close to falling off of our home and we needed a reliable contracting firm to demo the existing one and build us a new, solid deck. From the start of my conversations with Travis and Rob I was struck by their integrity and professionalism. After patiently answering all of my questions and providing me with samples and suggestions about the project, I was looking forward to the outcome as well as working with their company. The crew showed up on time, were courteous and obviously took great pride in their work. Our deck was finished within their estimated time and it was finished within the initial budget they quoted. During the project, when unforeseen issues arose, they took them in stride and informed and consulted me with their plans. They even went beyond their quoted statement of work and added a higher quality product at no extra charge because, as they explained, “it was the right thing to do”. Our new deck is more than I had hoped for! I would strongly recommend Thornton Services to anyone in need of a honest and experienced construction team. I’ll certainly be calling them for my future home improvement projects."
