This is a review of my experience on 11-22-2017 around 12:30pm with the cashier. The coffee had been sitting out from 1:30-1:55. I asked the manager trainee (the customer service rep told me he goes from location to location) to make new coffee. He held up two fingers and said "2 hours". Nothing else. I called the customer service rep about the issue and what the policy was. She said at 1:45 you can ask an associate to make new coffee, not that they have to. She also stated that the cashier I spoke with said the coffee was only out for 1:10. So, not only did he lie, but he had the ability to make me coffee but chose not to. Do not spend your money here. Go to the Lyndon Lane location. They keep it fresh and don't communicate with you using hand gestures. Sincerely, Someone who doesn't drink 2 hour coffee.

Buffalo Chicken Burrito, good but it would be better if it actually had buffalo sauce. This is not the norm. Usually they have it, but every once in a while I get one that was forgotten.

I have had mostly positive experiences at this Thornton’s in the past. I will take the kids here because they have a large selection of frozen drinks. The staff has always been friendly enough here. Some of the customers here have been less friendly than the staff.

I can't believe that I just purchased two bags of chips, that I did not open, and I can't return them! I went in and had the reciept, the cashier had to call the manager (Cindy) on her cell who told me it was a health department issue that wouldn't allow them to return them! If this was the case wouldn't this be the same issue at places like the grocer who allow me to return unopen items? I could see if it was a hot dog or doughnut, but a couple of unopen bag of chips that I just purchased?
