Threads of Wellness provides yoga classes & nutritional services for the Amherst, Lorain, Vermilion, Huron, Elyria, and surrounding communities.
We provide wellness classes that can be held conveniently at our studio or site of our client's choice. These classes can be catered to any age from 5 to 105 and complement corporate wellness programs, school athletics departments as well as school wellness programs.
Our Yoga Teachers are credentialed by Yoga Alliance under the 200RYT certification. Nutritional classes are taught by a Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
Threads of Wellness is conveniently located between Amherst and Lorain Ohio on Cooper Foster Park Rd, East of Route 58 and West of Oberlin Ave.
