I had two children enrolled in the center. The instructors are awesome and I believe in what they do, however, I was very disappointed with the communication regarding costs. We paid our monthly dues on top of testing fees of 45.00. My children were both ready for the black belt testing until I was notified a week before the testing that I would have to pay over $400.00 for each child to test. My children were unable to obtain their black belt after nearly three years of training and hard work. It was a sacrifice for my husband and I to enroll and keep them in the program needless to say asking us to pay such an amount in such little time was heartbreaking for us! I would've been happy to make arrangements had I been notified with more time or communicated this during the enrollment process. The most heartbreaking thing was to see the children's disappointment when they learned they would not be able to partake at this point in time. The goal they have been fighting for was unreachable. It's a good company however I would suggest a change in how they handle communication with the customers that keep them afloat. Damaris and Joseph Pettit

I have been taking kickboxing at J.K. Kang's now for almost 5 months and i love it!!! The teachers are fantastic and do a great job of making everybody in the class feel comfortable no matter what skill  level you are at. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in learning Taekwondo or Kickboxing.

We decided to send our daughter to J.K.Kang's Tae Kwon Do School in hopes that she could improve her self image a year and a half ago. This school has done everything in its power to see that this has happened!  Our daughter's physical and mental strength has greatly improved and she is thriving under the close watch and instruction of Master Kang and his fabulous instructors! We have a dear affection for Master Kang, the school, and all of the instructors because they care for our daughter and her future as a Tae Kwon Do student. This is definitely a school to attend if you wish to learn the art of Tae Kwon Do and be taken seriously. Our daughter is respected here and with that we have been able to give her the best gift of all!
