I rrecently stopped in to have a 1 1/2 inch piece of pvc pipe trimmed by about 2 inches  the guy who cut it was friendly enough it took about  1 maybe 2 minutes to complete the cut as I was walking to the front the other guy working  (bob) I believe his name was kind of rudely said there will be a service charge for the cut I sad ok then he told me it would be  $3.00 I was shocked I said seriously? He said they charge $65.00 labor  keep in mind thereally was no charge mentioned before performing the cut  I wouldn't expect to be charged anything at any hardware store I've ever been to for a 1-2 minute cut they would consider it a kind gesture for there customers and I would be much more likely to return you can be assured that I will NOT!!! Be returning to this business and will be sure to tell everyone I know that this is not the place to spend your money  customer service goes a long way bad customer service goes much further enjoy your  $3.00 in very very bad press I'll make sure you get your money's worth

We have always had great experiences! So glad there is a hardware store in Three Lakes! Makes it much easier on us folks visiting the area! Staff is always friendly and helpful!

I walked in and Bryan helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He even offered good advice on my DIY project. Great customer service! Glad to have a local hardware store nearby.

Not very pleasant people when you call and ask a question.  Never had someone tell me on the phone to call back tomorrow as they couldn't answer too many questions...
