Story

Three Rivers Market is 36 year old, cooperatively-owned natural foods grocery store offering local, organically-grown produce; humanely-raised and organic meats from local farms; local, organic, and gourmet cheeses produced without the use of artificial growth hormones including rBGH; bulk foods like fair trade, organic coffee, organic grains, nuts, beans, and flour; locally baked breads and much more. We also have a hot food and salad bar featuring lunch and dinner made daily with organic ingredients (including vegan and vegetarian options). We serve a brunch menu on weekends.

Dogs are welcome on our patio and in the barking lot where we have beds and water available!

The Lunch Bar is amazing, you cannot go wrong with any of the menu items they have.  High quality food, very tasty, and very fresh.  They just started a breakfast bar during the week too, it easily meets the standards of the lunch bar, and is consistently amazing!  

Their selection for shopping is also very high quality, with local products and healthy choices.  Just like most 'healthy food option grocery stores', the prices will be a little higher than what you're used to from Kroger; but the higher cost is very understandable when you enjoy the higher quality of food.  Plus, you get to support local farms and other food producers!  

Do yourself a favor and at least come in for their breakfast/lunch bar!  While your there, check out the local options they have available and see if it interests you!  You can seriously taste the difference in quality!

I drive about 35-40 minutes to shop here, passing several other groceries on the way. They offer local and organic fruits and veggies as well as grassfed and pastured meats. The customer service is always delightful. We also fill up our 5 gallon water jugs here. The taste of the water is wonderful. I don't have a dog, but I think it is nice that they have water out front for them and a dog bed for the shoppers to utilize while they shop. The parking lot is a nice size as well. I am always offered help to assist me in taking my groceries out as well. We will continue to shop here.

Ate lunch at the hot/cold bar for the first time. I will definitely go again. The chicken lasagna and bean dish were awesome! It changes daily but they post the menu on Facebook.

There's a nice seating area at the front with water. I also thought this was a good value for the price.

Great store, they sell local and healthy foods. They even sell other local things, like in spring they sell flowers in season and some seeds and books ect. Basic local health food store, with a deli, and a delicious hot bar that has breakfast and lunch. Very nice co-op.

The highest quality food market in the area. If you like local and high quality food, and don't mind paying more than a mega farm can offer, you can get the best quality all in one place. I highly recommend their salads, but I find the sushi mushy, lackluster, and bland. Which is strange, considering I always see a sushi chef! I'll give them a pass on this because Knoxville isn't known for its saltwater fish....
