I don't know HOW the Assistant manager Marcus got his job but clearly customer service isn't his strong suit. I had an easily correctable issue and instead of getting a policy to see how to professionally handle the situation he simply said no and told me I could rather come back tomorrow or go to another store. When I asked him what he was basing his decision off of he told me that he had to go because there were customers waiting on him (as if I was made of glass). He was simply rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. I hate having to deal with people who are too prideful to admit they don't know something and acts as if being corrected is beneath them. We're all human dude. As a business owner I understand business and the way he handled the situation was purely emotional. I ended up calling corporate about the situation and I'm waiting for the store manager to call me back. Didn't buy ANYTHING. I hope no woman has to experience disrespect to the dismissive capacity the I had to tonight.

It's a good enough space for getting supplies for a college student. Be mindful that this place won't have everything you might need like a larger Walmart might offer

The young short haired girl with the facial piercings working the self check out area this evening was rude and completely incompetent. I’m not sure if it was her fault or if your policies are completely and totally idiotic. All the same, you know where we’ve never had these issues? Kroger.

Great store. Always has what I need. A lot of their employees hate having to do their job though. Some are very rude and ignorant, especially the blonde gay girl that was recently promoted to some type of manager. No I'm not discriminating or anything I'm just trying to describe her. Electronics does need more employees also. Other than these things I love going here. I would definitely recommend.

Urban-style second-floor WalMart near University of Tennessee’s campus. Clean, well-lit store. The parking garage is easy to access and generally easy to park in. Fairly large selection, but it’s definitely geared toward the college market. Check out the clearance aisle - the college age group doesn’t go for toys and home goods, so the bargains are pretty awesome. Self-checkout and staffed aisles. Grocery available, has alcohol.
