The Three Sixty focus on positively impacting communities...came early to Marvin when going to and from work...he had to pass by an eyesore strip mall...Marvin initially bought the property simply to remove the eyesore—but as his vision for the new Three Sixty community center developed, Marvin’s leadership rallied the community in support of an area wide renaissance, and thus was born the Three Sixty philosophy to embrace projects that positively impact communities and become an invested working partner moving forward together. From the start, Three Sixty pioneered a “skin in the game” business philosophy that sets a higher standard for real estate partnerships.
