Disappointed in service! Will never rent or recommend this place to no one else.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! 
I read the reviews but was in an emergency situation. Booked via an 800 number, which apparently doesn't process to them until after a few hours. No one was at the counter until 40min after my scheduled pickup time. 
Caution light was on when I got in the vehicle, realized when I got on interstate my tires were low! Wasted more time. 
I told Conner at pickup that I would drop off at 10pm...what was not mentioned at the time was that drop box was going to be locked inside the building...
Called thrifty customer service, sent me around in circles. Supervisor "Tyler" was kind. Told me to return car today and contact local owners...
Finally got ahold of them, RUDE! No apologies of any kind! Justifications! No resolutions! I'll be monitoring my credit cards very closely after dealing with them.

I agree, AWFUL to deal with.  Go to Kearney Enterprise.  Much better to deal with

HORRID Customer Service.  I returned my car on a Friday but wont get a receipt until Monday when the manager gets in.  What?????  I would say dont rent from them, but there is no other option.  The city of Kearney should be ashamed they let this type of business in their airport.  There was no body at the rental car counter when I returned the car,  I had to leave a receipt with no amount on it, but with my signature on it for when I returned.  This is not a way to run a business.  Terrible.

This car rental is the WORST.  The staff - particularly the older grey haired lady at the office hire - are AWFUL. Sarcastic and rude, with no idea of customer service.
The pick up service is not actually at the airport, although we were picked up by shuttle bus - ok when we arrived, but when we wanted to drop the car - early in the morning - we had to pay an extra £20 for the priviledge.  In the end we lost a day of our rental because it was easier and less complicated to drop it and then take a taxi to the airport.  

The rental car was fine, but cost almost DOUBLE what we were advised as the terms we booked under DID NOT include any insurance whatsoever.  SO remember to read the fine print on this, because we weren't advised until we turned up to collect the car.

To arrive at the airport after a long haul flight, be over charged, then treated like dirt by the people renting your car, and finally not being able to return on the day you paid for the rental to end pah.  NEVER AGAIN.  Terrible.
