This location never ceases to amaze me. I had surgery the day before returning my car here. The medicine I was prescribed made it near impossible to do anything. As I was returning the vehicle, I had a medical incident that caused my legs to completely give out while standing in front of them talking. They were so kind. Helping me sit down, talking with me, and discussing the refund I was due. After everything was said and done, Marlon went above and beyond, and helped me get safely to my car to leave. These employees are so great here! I can't wait to rent from Enterprise again, and I can't wait to go to this location again!! Seriously, I wish all businesses ran as great as these guys! They ALWAYS take great care of me! THANK YOU ENTERPRISE! I'LL SEE YOU AGAIN IN 2 WEEKS!!!

Went to get the car and no one was in that office.  They said one went to drop off a car and the other was at lunch. So I had to come back :(  but other than that the rental went smoothly.

This branch provided a vehicle that met my need for lugging some large items. Very happy with the size of the vehicle.Customer service experience was superb. Pleasantly surprised and delighted with the promptness and ease of the transaction was impressed. I spent about 5  to 10 minutes through the whole process. Thanks again!!!! Grand Island Enterprise Branch. Well recommended.

I am very happy with the service and the car rental. The customer service was outstanding. I needed a ride to the agency, and they were on time; the person who picked me up was friendly, cheerful, and efficient. She made sure the car I was renting suited my needs and that I was familiar with the keyless ignition system (my first time using one). I was in and out quickly. The car, a Nissan Altima, was great for my trip. The only negative thing I could say about the car is that it has a center console, of which I've never been a fan, but unfortunately that's pretty much standar any more. If I need to rent a car again, I will definitely be using this Enterprise.

I rented a car for Thanksgiving vacation out of town, we rented the vehicle from Wed- Monday. Upon arrival to the enterprise location we learned that they were running low on vehicles, this worked in my favor as I got a 2016 Tahoe for the price of the compact car I had reserved. We enjoyed the space and amenities that the Tahoe offered and it helped make a good trip even better. We attended a wedding that weekend and loved being able to have a majority of the wedding party ride with us since the vehicle was so much bigger then a compact. From the lady that picked me up, to the lady behind the counter and to the gentleman that helped me at drop off this location went above and beyond to meet and satisfy my needs. Thank you for such a great rate, great vehicle, unlimited mileage and of course the great customer service. Will be back and recommend to everyone.
