Ordered roses for our anniversary, they were delivered promply and looked nice but not very big for the 90 dollar price tag....then less than 5 days later they were wilted and all but dead even though the water was changed daily....very upset and dissapointed...will not use again

Went here on Valentine's Day morning while it was still quiet and the staff was not very helpful. One lady finally helped me after noticing me looking for 5 minutes.  The dozen long stem roses that I purchased looked decent in the store but were dead the next morning. My girlfriend sent me pictures and I was appalled. I am very disappointed with the quality of the flowers I was sold that were not cheap at all. I normally order my flowers online from 1800-flowers, and those would last at least a week. I will never buy flowers from here again. Lesson learned.

Unbelievable!! Staff ignored me, never offered to help. When I asked for help it was an inconvenience to them. They need to get rid of rude staff & find people who can at least smile & pretend to care...

I went into thrifty the day before valentines day, and it was packed, but everyone working did a great job at giving me exactly what I wanted, and I was out the door in no time.

Extremely rude! The lady at the counter hung up on me when I called to place an order. And, that's after the 3rd time I called and waited for 15 minutes on hold.
