We actually own laundromats on the other side of town, in the southend of Las Vegas.  Before we ended up purchasing the laundromats, we actually decided to come and look at this one, because we wanted to see how a laundromat should be run.  That's what these people here do.  They run this laundromat effectively.  I normally wouldn't write a review for my competition, but these guys deserve credit.

Machines will take your money. Staff is rude. Homeless people outside panhandling. Go somewhere else !

The place is sparkling clean for a laundromat.  Yeah, I was not sure about the neighborhood but I felt extremely comfortable and safe. They have some washers for $1 on the first of the month.   I also recommend going to their website and getting their coupons.

Place is ghetto, staff is rude washer kept shooting money back out or swallowing what I put in and not calculating it correctly. Staff can't even do basic math damn near had to write down the equation for her to understand how much I was cheated. Very disappointed. Not even willing to stay and finish the rest of my laundry just doing the big blanket that took 15 min to get going & cost $6.75 and never coming back!! Rather drive a few more minutes. Literally just watched a customer tell her to have a good day and she would see her next week and she looked up and then looked back down into her phone. She is literally sitting in a chair on her phone. She had an "out of service " sign on one of the few good machines and I watched her take it off and use it.
