The atmosphere inside the restaurant is cute and very cozy. Food was pretty good. Definitely a nice place to try out and enjoy a breakfast burritoFood: 4/5
Disappointed with the severe drop in quality and service of this place. Ordered: Chicken Burrito, a taco plate, bean and cheese burrito, cheese quesadilla, and carne asada fries. Typical order for our family that has been coming to this location for 7 YEARS! Yes back in the Los Favoritos days. Settling into our meal at home with our take out, we notice the rice tastes different in a bad way, like a chemical way, and smells “clean” for lack of better word. Okay, we will just not eat the rice from the taco plate and not eat any more of the chicken burrito. We give a courtesy call to let them know about the rice so it wouldn’t be served to anyone else. Did not ask for anything, just wanted everyone to be safe. Stat back down to eat and in the beans on the taco plate there is a thick short black hair. In the beans not just on top. That was the breaking point. We had already thrown away the burrito so I bagged up the rest of the food and took it back for a refund. This is where the poor service comes in. Treated as if we were not serious about not wanting to eat the food they tried to dispute refunding the burrito since it wasn’t in the bag. We were, however, fully refunded when we made it clear we were not leaving with the food and would absolutely not be eating any of it. Here is a photo of the trash burrito since apparently you have to prove that food is revolting enough to get your money back. Say goodbye to a family that has supported this spot for 7 years. Good job.
I get my burrito. Took one bite, the tortilla must be store bought or something, very hard to rip apart. The eggs were burnt, potatoes too. I’m assuming because of their breakfast menu, they premake the potatoes and eggs. It’s a horrible idea and the taste is awful, not fresh at all. If you want a burrito that it doesn’t taste like trash, go to Rosie’s Taco shop for fresh homemade tortillas, none of its burnt. It’s perfect. I’ll never cheat on them again. I threw away $$$ sadly. A 1 star was too much to give in this review. Do better guys, it doesn’t take long to Cook fresh and get better tortillas. The trash burrito on the left. I live in walking distance of this place and tried it last night. The rice was good. The chicken enchiladas were LOADED with onions and green bell pepper. A couple of shreds of chicken. So disappointing. This place was better when it was Los Favs. Won't go ever again.Food: 1/5
First time trying Tito's. Ordered the super nachos with sour cream on the side. I received my correct order fairly quickly, and everything tasted great. Would recommend.Food: 5/5
One of our favorite places to eat is here. The people are nice and have good customer service.They always have great music . The place is always clean. Most of the time I get the crunchy tacos, the only thing I wish is -they wouldn’t put to many jalapeños in the beef or chicken. And I’m Mexican, but please more beef and chicken and less jalapeños. The roll tacos can be better too. Everything else is good. We loveee lovveee the salsas here both red and green, to me thats very important.
