The customer service from this team was AWESOME!! Especially this particular store. Paola, Ashley, & Mariana did an EXCEPTIONAL job they went Above and Beyond! We will most definitely buy from them again. My husband and I are VERY satisfied customers, they made us feel very appreciated!

Great selection of beautiful jewelry, and what gives it its 5th star is the excellent hospitality provided by the staff. A gentleman by the name of Jose worked with us. He was very helpful. Would recommend this location.

service not the best, short selection. Just for emergencies, otherwise go to the big cities ( NYC, Chicago...)

Terrible service and the most disgusting attitude that I ever saw from a woman named Cynthia. This lady was so rude that I will never will buy in Tiffany again!

Horrible service and attitude. These people think their stuff don't stink. I simply wanted to get a replacement box for engagement ring but they said they couldn't help me because I didn't purchase the ring at their location. This isn't Walmart! It's Tiffanys. And this came from the store manager! I called the NYC store and they kindly sent me a replacement box, overnight and free of charge. I was expecting better service from the Bal Harbour store. Highly disappointed but thankful the NYC store did the right thing.
