Reviews

We saw this vet for an urgent eye infection when we were traveling in the area.  She spent at least a half an hour discussing training our puppy - odd little things that not everyone would even want their puppy to do - yet glossed over the eye concerns and didn't fully explain what to expect in the days ahead.  She also really underprescribed the medication for this, so it limped along for much longer than it should have.  

I was really angry after leaving that she spent so much time talking about completely non-urgent, preference-type issues and didn't fully deal with such an important health concern.  The eye was the ONLY reason we went in, so having her judgementally tell us how our puppy should behave while failing to take care of her eye was incredibly frustrating.  I don't understand the people who like this vet.  It would be like going into the emergency room with a gunshot wound and having them want to discuss birth control options.  

Just ridiculous.  I'd never go back to her, wish someone had warned us in the reviews what she was really like so I hadn't gone to her to begin with.  We've ended up spending over $600 on this eye issue with other vets trying to catch up on the problem of under-treating it in the early days.  Thanks for nothing.

Like most pet owners my dog is my baby and world  so of course her health is going to be my number one priority and without Tiger Mt. Veterinary  I don't know what I would've done throughout these last four years they are incredible!! Dr. Jane is amazing, Kathy is always so welcoming and sweet I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and never want to!!!!!  Thank you Tiger Mt. Vet  and your amazing team!

Let's hope your dog never gets lost and ends up here. They will give it away and not bother to find its rightful owner. Even if you are a client of hers. Horrible and heart breaking

Dr, Jayne has lovingly cared for my 5 dogs over the past 20 years. Animal caretakers have moved on over the years but were replaced by equally loving caretakers. Not to forget the adopted roaming critters living at the clinic.  Dr. Jayne's care remains the best you can find. She also does volunteer work for abused animals. She's the best.
