I was referred to Dr. Hill by someone from the organization where I adopted my cat years ago.  I initially called and left a message for Dr. Hill with the receptionist outlining what was going on with my cat (chronic upper respiratory issues), and asking for a return phone call to discuss if they felt they would be able to offer me any options for diagnosis or care.  A week later I still hadn't received a return phone call, so I left another message for Dr. Hill with the receptionist.  That evening he called me back and said "I have exactly 7 1/2 minutes to talk to you and I'm setting a timer".  Wow!  Not the kind of compassionate care I was expecting based on the referral.  Needless to say it was difficult to try to ask questions when under a timer for care.  Never once was I even offered an exam, so I did not request one.  I don't know how everyone else has given them high marks if they experienced the same attitude that I did.  He did make some suggestions, but offered no care or recommendations on where to go for the kind of tests he suggested.  And I must say that both messages I left were polite and inquiring about options of care for my cat.

Dr. Hill has take care of my cats for over 10 years. He's always been responsive & given me all my options without the heavy "upsell" I've experience with some vets. When I lost 2 of them he & his staffs were sensitive & understanding.

Dr Hill has taken care of our cats for over 14 years.  In the past year, we lost both of our older cats that they had cared for since they were kittens, and Dr Hill and his staff were so compassionate and caring through an extremely tough time for us.  This week, he got to meet our two new kittens and we look forward to their great care of these new additions to our family.  Their entire staff always is so welcoming, as well as they provide outstanding care for the animals.  We highly recommend them!
