Went online and ordered stuff for Christmas. I got some of my order delivered and so i called to see where the rest of my order was. The lady i spoke with told me that i wouldn't be getting the rest of my order because they were out of stock and preceeded to tell me that they sent me an e-mail letting me know. I never recieved said e-mail and i know they had the right e-mail because i recieved my confirmation e-mail from them. I will be taking everything back that i purchased and going somewhere else. They weren't interested in trying to fix the problem. All she could say was I'm sorry i will let them know that you didn't get the e-mail. REALLY!! This is my first time shopping here and it will be my last. This is one store i could careless if shut down.

I usually don't comment on good or bad customer service, but the customer service I received here was exceptionally bad, so I feel like I need to speak up.
The entire store was staffed with maybe four people, all young teenagers who seemed put out by my fiance's question of where he might find swimsuits in the store. 
After we finally got one person to answer our question, my fiance took his one swimsuit back to the changing room and was met with suspicion from another employee who quite literally examined his swimsuit to make sure he hadn't stuffed other items inside the garment. He felt like he was treated like a criminal.
We took the swimsuit up to the register to purchase it and ended up having to wait in line for 20 minutes. There was only one other couple in front of us. No other employee volunteered to help the cashier, who was completely inefficient, and we were not approached by anyone asking if we'd like them to open up another checkout line. I wrote an e-mail to the corporate site. We will not be going back.

This store really is a joke. I took my kids school shopping here and it was the word experience shopping I've ever had. There were no sizes and no one would help us. Everyone was too busy or didn't know the answers. When I asked to do an online order I was passed off to 3 different employees and they all had no idea what they were doing. I will not be shopping here in the future.
