Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Poor quality merchandise. Just try and return a defective item and see how far you get. I had to contact corporate customer service and even then, only got a store credit. We won't be shopping at this chain again.

When the store hours listed for the day that their open until 8:00, the doors should not be locked at 7:20. I was really durprised and disappointed! I don't think I will be shopping at  Tillys anytime soon.😞

Honestly, the best customer service I've ever had with retail. The employees are all kind and helpful and will help you find the right products.

Love love the jeans. Soft and stretchy, but not spandex stretchy. Great quality shirts etc
