Eight months back I inquired about a policy with this establishment. However, I chose another company with a better quote. Two weeks ago (roughly), I received an email imploring me to consider another quote, to which I responded stating the above and requested that I not be contacted any further. There were no issues until today, when I received an email from the same agent. I promptly replied with "Stop. Emailing. Me. Please!!!!!!" The response from the agent was appalling in that I am now questioning a company whom allows people to speak with clients or even POTENTIAL customers in this manner. His reply was : 

My pleasure. Thank you for letting me know that you aren’t interested in such a mature and respectful way. You have been removed from our E-mail list.

My response was as follows: 

Not a problem since I previously requested to be removed in a diplomatic manner (to no avail, obviously). Thank you for your facetious response. I'll make sure that it is duly noted to your employer as well.

the actual WORST 

I received my new insurance cards in the mail, but with the wrong name. I called and told them the correct spelling. The new cards came in, but then my insurance rate increased $80. I called and asked why, but they couldn't explain to me why and said they would call back. I get a call two days later saying that they changed my account. I was a little mad, but I still stayed after this. 

Later, I got a letter saying my rate is now increased $300. They randomly took away all of my discounts, without telling me and they couldn't explain why they did. I was told they would get back to me. They never got back to me. 
These people are crazy.
