I called and got the details before I went there. They already had my paperwork already made up when I walked in all I had to do was sign the papers and pay my fee, fast and easy.

My insurance coverage was about to be up with gap insurance almost up no phone call or letter was received when told it would. License was about to be suspended because of it. Then I received three different amounts for my down payment. While all of this was going on I asked to please get my paper work. I was asked a lot of unnessary questions from the lead staff member. Sabrina in Port Richey office. She then printed my paper work out and tried to add 3 points in paper to my claim (which by the way didn't exist) called Ocean harbour no problem nothing there. (No fault accident) no claim on my license report or nothing. So now I'm at Direct General.  Love them and by the way no points accessed or nothing at all. This is what she does to keep business no thank you. By the way that was a six month policy and direct auto offered me a year policy. The beat lady ever Mrs Kim. Is the name of Hudson branch. Very unpleasant here if trying to get help. Beginning is great then terrible.
