Had to try their new Oreo Ice Cap Supreme and it was quite tasty.

Try a different location...this one had indifferent staff (if you hand me scalding coffee that you have to handle by the lid, go ahead and assume I'm going to need a cup sleeve to drink it), hash browns that tasted like they were prepped last week, and disgusting, crumb-riddled, STICKY floors. Not exactly ambassadors for their brand.

I love Tim Hortons and it's a shame this place is so poorly run. Always get terrible customer service and half the time never get the right order. The staff are rude and the place is fairly dirty not to mention you will wait forever. Skip this tims and save your money and go elsewhere.

Anyone who’s had a negative experience at this place needs to work on basic patience and also should probably just stop going out to eat altogether. Aw how inconvenient would that be now ? Cook for yourself babies! 😂

This store is so bad that it’s like they’re trying to drive away customers! Here’s a short list:

Lights are off at 5:40 am on a Friday. Store appeared to be closed despite posted hours. 

Zero consistency: a triple triple can range from no ascertainable sugar content to so sweet that you can’t even look at it. 

Consistently put cheese on a “no cheese, egg and bacon only” order. FIVE TIMES IN A ROW AND COUNTING!

Black coffee came with cream in it

Toastsed bagels are never cut, even on request. Often burned though! 

Bagels with cream cheese rarely have enough to even cover half the bagel

Recieved sausage instead of bacon twice. 

TIME: Even with one or two customers, the staff here can stretch a single bagel and coffee into a fifteen minute order. If there’s more than four customers total, expect to wait at least 20 minutes. The same thing takes the Troy location about three minutes. 

You may have guessed that I’m a regular at Troy Tim Horton’s. They always have great service and almost never a mistake despite. Nothing would make me happier than to see Fairborn’s management fired (as they clearly do not give a ****) and new staff put in their place. 

Having wasted >$100 on orders for friends and family with not a single one ever being correct, I will NOT be returning to this store and frankly, I hope it closes so nobody else has to deal with the moody (high?) staff.
