First time customer, I was appalled by the amount of waste generated by this business, ordered a smoothie and the employee had mixed enough for two at least, gave me my order and the rest went into the sink. The two customers behind me, same thing. The product was decent but I won't visit again.

The smoothies here are really thick, and the sandwiches are just as good. Not expensive either. I go here for lunch a lot. There's a breakfast menu as well, but you're not forced to order from it in the mornings like at McDonald's, which I appreciate GREATLY.

Worst smoothie I've ever drank,  very little taste due to it being watered down. They charge as much as other chains for a smoothie but add mostly water,  no yogurt,  and very little fruit puree. Will not be returning.

This location had fast and friendly service. But Tropical Smoothie Cafe as a franchise is a scam. Smoothies are loaded with sugar, and who knows what else is in the food. To be marketed as "healthy" is a lie and should be counted as false advertising.
