The #9 I ordered wasn't hot and the sandwich looks nothing like the photo on the menu. Don't waste your money. The Boston Cream donut was good. The service was very good.

This location was one of the worst I have ever been to. The person at the counter was unpleasant. My friend and I waited to be served for ten minutes or more. Half the time we stood there without the employee even acknowledging us. All of the tables were visibly dirty with used napkins, litter, and crumbs. The food was not fresh. My bagel tasted old and burnt. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

This location was not open when I went there despite what Google had to say about the hours. It looked nice and clean inside through the window when I went to get my coffee.

I had a coupon for a free donut with the purchase of a drink. I showed it to the cashier. She took my phone but when she couldn't make the code work, she tried to charge me for the donut.  I've had this experience happen at other places and if the coupon didn't work,  it was still honored.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT COME HERE!! Wow, one car in the drive through and 4 people out in the lobby. Waited 15 min for someone to acknowledge, but nope! They don’t care about their customers at all  absolutely trash. Their manager Joe came out and talked to me for a min and just blamed his workers and took no responsibility. My mind is blow. I will never come here again. Please please please save your money and go somewhere else!! Whew  Edit: 5 min later.. as I was leaving I shared my experience with a couple walking in. Here come Joe, yelling at me in the parking lot and threatened to call the Cops on me. Joe’s true colors really came out today . That’s just embarrassing. No class.

I'm getting really tired of my coffee consisting of just milk and syrup. My wife and I try this place every few months to see if the turnover of employees has helped l, but to no avail. The coffee is consistently terrible and they are out of products just as much. This place used to be very good and could still be.

HORRIBLE customer service! The girl working the drive-thru was SO rude. The coffee was way too sweet. Their ratio of coffee to creamer is waaaayyyy off. I would give this ZERO stars if I could.

TimBiebs are gross. The app and website give you the option for curbside pick-up, but, after sitting in my car without getting helped, I was told that they don't offer that at this location. No clue why it's an option in the app! ‍

Honestly, Tim Hortons is a good solid experience every time. The staff are quick and attentive, and the food is good. Not to mention, awesome coffee.Food: 4/5

Went inside around 1pm on Saturday and waited at the counter but, was never waited on. The donut and muffin shelves were empty and there were various items on the counter.  Only the cars going through the drive thru were waited on.  Three people working there saw me and never acknowledged me or my wife, the workers stayed back towards the drive thru area the whole time we were there.
