The staff is very nice and the drinks were delicious. The outdoor seating was nice. Tim bits were chewy, you're better off going a minute down the street to the Donut shop.Food: 5/5

If I could give this location a zero, I would. Front counter person although courteous, did nothing but stand there after our order was taken and paid for 2 coffees and 2 croissants, not that hard of an order there was no one in the coffee shop and we still waited almost 10 minutes for our coffee, no one seemed to want to make them or didn't know what we were waiting for. Very unorganized, coffee was not that good, and when I mentioned I asked for 3 creams in my coffee, the counter person looked at me and said we can't take it back. Handed me cream, and said, the amounts are pre-measured. I'm fine with that, but it said 2 creams on the lid, not 3, and secondly all they had to do was offer to fix it. The bathroom was dirty. You have a lot to learn from your Canadian counterparts. I would never visit this location again. Parking: parking was fine
It was my first time at Tim Horton’s and I tried to the oreo capp and I must say I’m in love with that drink!! Totally loved it, it’s my new favorite. I ordered it thru drive thru. There was not much of wait at drive thru line. The prices are fine. I would definitely recommend this drink as it’s summer and this drink is perfect thirst quencher for coffee & Oreo lovers.
Not impressed at all. Just got the Tim Horton's app. Will be deleting it. Yesterday the app removed the tip I had attached for the driver. Today I ordered at 8:22am and at 9:30am app showing my product as delivered. No product. Card was charged. Store is not answering their phone.
Love the coffee. The staff acts like they hate to be here. Donuts are great but they ALWAYS run out on the morning. Was here at 955am this morning and two donuts in the on a weekend.
Rude young man stuck his finger in my sandwich and squeezed my donut and slammed the drive thru window in my face all because I asked for a bag...on 11/12 22 at 6:45 am. I have spent 8$ a day her atleast 5x a week for the past 5 months. Will never be going back...
The person at the counter acted like he didn't want to be there and didn't want to wait on me. The sandwich was untoasted and stale. Maybe hire someone who cares about their job.
What is wrong the the donuts?! Our office has gotten some for the past 2 months and they taste awful. Literally all of them have a funny taste. Not sure if ingredients are expired or if the donuts are absorbing a funky smell?! But yuck I never want donuts from here again.
I go through the drive thru here at least once a week, and it is always efficient. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is always good. They make the best iced capps than any other Tim Hortons in Dayton. I love this location and will continue coming back!
