TERRIBLE FOOD & SERVICE!     Went through the Drive-thru around 5:15-5:45am on Saturday, Jan 7th, 2022.   Not sure of exact time and was never given a receipt.  The fellow that spoke sounded like he wished he was anywhere other than where he was.  He also displayed the same attitude at the window, he literally was glaring at us Ordered a large black coffee... it had cream and sugar in it.  Ordered 4 blueberry muffins which were without question, from the day before!  They were stale, squished and not edible.  Ordered 3 hash browns, he said they weren't available.  Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches - We got those and they were decent. All in all, a disaster.   Don't plan on ever going back.

We decided today to start off our wonderful morning at Tim Hortons for a father and son breakfast.  The love nugget , decided to go with the vanilla frosted sprinkled donut and a breakfast sandwich.  Well she pick a box of Tim Tim it’s , Which we know the other kids will just love when we get home.  As you would expect during the Covid this place is not busy it’s extremely clean and extremely fast and efficient and the staff are outstanding they are definitely a five out of five on the star rating

Good coffee But Hard to get Boston cream donuts they always seems to be out of them.  must be good lol. Please make more !!

My wife went thru the drive thru and she ordered two ice capps and a dozen doughnuts , when we tasted the ice capps they were soured and smelled like sour milk not sure what's wrong with the machine or if the mix they used that old but I tried to call them to inform them and they wouldn't answer the phone we where long gone so we couldn't just turn around to get it fixed or refunded , just wanted to allow them to know anyway possible

Placed an order through the mobile app at 4:45 p.m. store hours are posted as 5 a.m. through 5 p.m. Pulled up to the very much still active and lit up ordering board to inform them. No one responded. Went inside store was still unlocked and was informed they were closed time was 4:54. Mind you, it was a simple ten pack of timbits, so surely could have been accomodated. Pulled up to order window, was informed that I would not be refunded nor get my order. All occurred before store should have been closed. Was told "sorry, we are closed. We have to clean." Avoid this location if possible.

I wouldn't come here for the food but I absolutely love their coffee, it took me a few years to admit it but the Americano here is actually better than Starbucks! And they add the sugar and cream at your request, nice bonus. Update: still the best Americano in town and the nicest kindest fastest staff anywhere

The first time I visit this location it was fine. But the last two times that I visited could be better. I order a small vanilla latte and it tastes like coffee with cream and no sugar. I don't know why. I ordered a vanilla latte and it is not sweet. They charge me for vanilla latte and give me coffee with cream. I get the feeling that the employees here are tired of servicing me maybe it's because I am African American and they want to see other customers who are Caucasian. I am referring to the location off of carriage place.

Fix your speaker and headsets... took 10 minutes to order an iced latte with only oat milk and they still put whole milk and oat milk in it... I kept yelling no white milk and had tor epeat it 20 times and still got it wrong.

This Tim’s is horrible. They’ll put away everything 45 minutes before closing and tell you they don’t have it. The rudest employees, they obviously hate their job.

I love Tim Hortons!!! Not this one. They mess up more orders then they get correct. Every time we go to this location we have to check the order before we leave. Not sure why this location is so bad. Must be management not training their people. Corporate needs to wipe this store clean  and hire people who can fill orders correctly.
