The manager here should be fired. She gave me a major attitude. I started out being polite from the beginning but because of her nasty rude attitude I changed my attitude towards her by the end. She basically called me a liar without actually saying it. What happens at your store is not the fault of a customer. She never apologized once about what occurred and that I was only given 16 chicken nuggets instead of 20. This is why I rarely eat out because of poor customer service. If corporate is reading this please fire the manager here. She is awful. I will never come back to this McDonald’s again. There is something wrong when a customer is being talked to in a dehumanizing manner. Also we should get what we paid for the first time and the best way to show you are sorry is to replace the entire order. She also kept making rude facial gestures. She definitely is not management material and doesn’t know what customer service is. My husband was a manager for almost 20 years and we both know better. Please bet careful choosing managers!!!
It took over 5 minutes to take someone's order while we were in line. And there were two cats still ahead of us. So we left. Drove around the parking lot pulled out and sat at a red light. All that and the car that was at the speaker just moved up. So it was like 10 minutes to just take one order. I am Sure they are short staffed. But it wasn't worth the wait for me..
They made our breakfast fresh and hot, but we went inside and asked for a fresh hot made breakfast sandwich. So much better than the drive thru older stuff made in large quantities and put in a hot tray warmer.
I was charged $5.08 for a large fry and a large sweet tea. The fries were squishy and cold. The man at the window told me I was rich and could tip a guy $20. I was so shocked that I was being scammed by an employee.
I ordered 2 McDoubles and asked for no onion. Both had extra onion placed between the patties and after I scraped those off i saw big black spots on the burgers. I started to eat one and it tasted bitter and I realized it was burnt hamburger grease. I came inside and spoke to the manager and she apologised and said it was from not cleaning the grill. I said I will never eat at this McDonalds again. Basic kitchen supervisory issue is not a thing that health dept would like to hear.
Quick service but don't fall for the big sign that says the play place is open, it is NOT. We thought, based on the signs, that it was open, that was literally the only reason we chose to try this location.
It's a shame that these fast food restaurants have put so much emphasis on drive-thru service ahead of restaurant service takeout service delivery service doordash GrubHub I'll come last!!Food: 3/5
Fast service, the lady who took the $ she had cute dog paw tats on her arm was super nice. The lady who took the order drive through was also very nice I think it was the same person. The lady who handed me the food didn't even acknowledge or look at me, she handed me my items, didn't say a word & turned her back on me. Bummer The food was hot & fresh though, which isn't always a given at McDonald's these days, so that was nice. This was around 2pm 3/30/22.
So we asked if they had any chicken McGriddles and the lady goes we have one. With hesitation, he ordered it. When we got to the window he asked if it was old or something. “Noo why would it be old” she says, “that’s a weird question”.. No saying you only have one is weird. If you don’t make a lot of them then say that. Usually if there’s only one of something that means you sold out or it’s leftover from another time! Mind you it was 5:30 am so the only explanation we came up with is that it’s from yesterday
Don't know what is with the Hilliard's stores. Always forgetting an item or so in my bags and breakfast isn't good. Look at the picture, to late to go back for I opened bag at work.
