Unprofessional Employees are careless. One was sleeping in the dining area. They took liberty to change our order without asking because they were out of stuff. Just gave us something different. Dirty inside as well. Food was awful. 4 employees behind the counter. Walked up and no one even said a word. Sad because this place in PA is on point.

Terrible lunch, hardly any steak on the steak and cheddar panini. Rude service. The most disgusting food I have had in awhile. Ridiculous upgrade charge for a coffee drink. Employee complaining about being overworked and not compensated enough. I want my money back.

It was down pouring out she said we couldn't come up to the window because we couldn't hear her. When we got to the window we were pulling the cash out and she sees that we need the window rolled up while we do this, and proceeds to ask if we can take stuff with the window rolled up and getting money. They were very rude and the food was over cooked. They did not seem thrilled to be working there today

Twice in a row with different staff, same problems. Untrained staff, sloppy food prep, more concerned about telling each other clever jokes. Order today was bagel light on butter. Came to me uncut and a big glob of unmelted butter on one side. No apologies. Place is to be avoided. Stopped by 2/11/17. Same issues. Sloppy untrained staff with attitude.
