When I have been there I found it fairly typical, which you either love or hate. It is a big store with fairly poor parking, but lots of seating.

Asked for 2.5 honey in my tea in the evening, tasted like there were 8 honey. In the morning, asked for 2.5 honey, no honey.

The food and the service were fine, the bathrooms really brought this place down. The men's left something to be desired. For some reason, Tim Hortons seems to have chosen the worst of all combinations for their bathrooms. You have a manual faucet, you have to open the doors by hand, but they have an air dryer, so you can't even use a paper towel for this. The real kicker came when I had to change my 3 month old. In the handicap washroom they had a koala bear care change table. It had a slot that was supposed to have table covers, but it was empty, but that was fine because have our own change pad, so I set that out on it. I don't know what it was about the side panel that the table stores into, but the moment my baby saw it, she started to scream. I calmed her down, and set her down to change her, but every time she'd look up at it, she'd scream. The screaming was so it out of normal, my wife came to see what was wrong. After we changed her, my wife took our baby so that I could wash my hands. The dispenser on the wall in the handicap stall was empty, but there was a soap cartridge just set on the counter. It took about 30 pumps to get a useable amount of soap. Then I went to dry my hands, the hand dryer in here didn't work, so I had to go to the men's to dry my hands (I can imagine this being more tricky for someone with restricted mobility).

This older blonde haired woman comes across pretty rough with zero customer skills. My order was wrong and she argued with me about it. Luckily my visit was short
