To many times I have gone through the drive through at timmies to have my order screwed up because some east indian woman DO NOT KNOW HOW TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. this morning I order a large hot chocolate with 2 milk and a shot of French Vanilla. 4 times this woman could not get the order right because her ENGLISH sucked. Somehow this woman heard 1/2 a shot then heard a French Vanilla along with a hot chocolate . Staff who do not know how to listen to what is being ordered. This was at 5:50 AM and they were not busy no reason to screw up an order .in the end I got an X large hot chocolate with 2 milk and a French Vanilla shot still wrong drink size and I was also charged for it .

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the woman at the front counter was very friendly, but the women who made my latte and the woman who served my sandwich gave me dirty looks for no reason. In the washrooms there is barely any pressure coming out of the tap making it difficult to properly wash your hands, the hand dryer doesn't properly dry your hands either. If these things didn't affect my visit I would rate it much higher for being clean in the restaurant.

Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons! Personally I don't like their coffee but the snacks are okay!
