We are blessed and grateful to have had Tim help us become homeowners! He helped us for over a year prepare ourselves from the transition from renting to becoming homeowners. Even though there was no homes available in the area we desired that didn’t stop Tim. He reached out to every homeowner in the desired area and eventually we found the perfect home with his help and expertise. I can't say enough great things about Tim! My husband and I feel so lucky to have found him! Being new to the area and first time buyers, Tim patiently and professionally helped prepare and guide us through this very intimidating process. Tim went above and beyond his job and even helped us relocate from Long Beach, CA to Thousand Oaks! Since we were so far and knew nothing of this area, Tim so graciously helped us find a rental, and ultimately purchase our family's dream home! He invested time upfront to understand exactly what we wanted and helped us leverage our time with finding the right home. We felt comfortable step by step as he walked us through the Thank sometimes complicated process of purchasing a home, in a very clear and easy to understand manner.
