I've been going here for 17 years. Dr. Gray and his staff are top-notch.

Terrible employee. I realize this is not a shelter , today at 7:30 am I found a wondering dog so I did what any good person would do, take him to a animal hospital or somewhere that is suppose to provide CARE and or treatment to animals. I ask this girl that looked like she just rolled out of bed n hasn't brushed her teeth or washed her hair for days (hope she works kennel not in front). This no good employee you have said that she can't help and once I asked her if this is an animal clinic or hospitals she just told me bye and started waving her hand talking under her breath. As place that is suppose to provide care to pets she made it look real good. She said she did not care about the well being of the dog and didn't care if I allowed him to run free. So let the dog get hit by a car or allow a kid get bit or attacked by a dog this size. Thanks for helping the community. This girl is the reason people don't trust some clinics, so is it about the care of the creatures that some of us went to school for so long to care for or the fact that no money was coming in the clinic. Thank you and hope this gets figured out, or she gets fired.

Dr Gray at Timber Valley Pet Hospital in Lewisville is wonderful. His entire stay is perfection. My fur baby is getting the best care from the entire team.

They boarded Ella and gave her all her shots at the same time. Was a pricey convenience but it saved our trip. Very clean inside. Their boarding rates are very reasonable!

Dr Gray is great but the facility is terribly disorganized. Billing is never ready when you go to pick up your pet so expect to wait. Sometimes 20-30 min The desk staff are more interested in talking to each other than helping get people and and out. We actually couldn't pick up our pet on time because they couldn't finish the billing despite being called that morning to confirm. I have also run into issue with them refusing to issue prescriptions in the past trying to make it difficult for you to use an online pharmacy. It with great sadness that I have to say after 17years of having the same vet we are going to have to move on to a more reliable and organized provider. There are a number of vets in close proximity so my advice to anyone looking is to check out some of the other local options
