I’ve been here twice. Both times they have been amazing. The only con, was the wait time. The first time I went in, they weren’t busy and was able to see my dog right away. The second time, I waited for 2 hours. They are willing to work with you on the price. Dr. Rhoden was informative and gave me an update on everything that they were going to do. I’d definitely bring my dogs back here.

Everyone we've encountered at this facility is professional, warm and caring.. We love it here!  We have been seeing Dr Guilkers  for about 8 years.  He has treated our now 10 year old Zoe for Inflammatory Bowel Disease and made the recommendations for us to see his associate Dr Pam Montgomery-Fritz for dietary treatment.  We owe 8 years of pleasure from our wonderful dog to the excellent care and commitment of these two talented Veterinarians.

I could not have been more pleased.  I was referred by my vet as my cat was having seizures.  They were prompt, and spent a great deal of time explaining possibilities and prognosis.  I felt the fees were fair to their level of specialty and would definitely use them again as well as referring my friends.  Dr.  A. Williams is a very patient and thorough vet.  A huge thanks!

I cannot say enough about all of the staff at this clinic! Anyone that I have spoken with over the phone or seen in clinic has been kind and caring. They would almost always recognize my cat Smalls by name or face, and it was obvious they genuinely cared about my fur baby. He was first seen there as an emergency case. As soon as I walked through the door, they immediately took him back and began to work on him. They were very forthcoming about his condition and outlook, and gave me detailed options/pricing. While he was in the hospital I got regular updates and could call anytime with questions. It made those horrible days more bearable. Thankfully all of their efforts paid off, and I was able to take him home! There was still a lot of care that was needed over the next several months, and Dr. Case was so helpful. Smalls is a very particular cat, and she was there with me every step of the way to make sure he was getting the best care AND best quality of life. Smalls and I will forever be grateful to everyone there!

Wonderful experience. Our dog was in a ton of pain. The nurses, the doctors, techs and the patient care representatives were so kind, so caring and so helpful. They ran tests, did blood work, kept us in the loop on results & costs, and answered all of our questions until our dog felt better and was able to go home.

The facilities are absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Will absolutely return here without question.
