I went in to purchase an item from their most recent catalog that had come the day before in the mail. No one seem to not know where the item was and then said it was sold out. Really in one day it was sold out?

I was in your store yesterday and was very unsatisfied with the level of customer service. I purchased a size 2 sandal, the Hawaiian sandals for my daughter. She tried them on and they were too small so I took them back to the store. She had not worn them other than to try them on. I wanted to exchange them for another size. I was told that these shoes were too worn and could not be exchanged or returnd. She hadn't worn them. I understand the nature of retail and that this is a common occurrence, however, this was not the case for us. Furthermore had I wanted to purchase another pair then was not a pair to be found and the two women working had no idea when or if you would get more. They were lazy. They were on their cell phones most of the time and did not want to help anyone in the store. This was Monday night around 6PM on 5/15/17. Many stores sell these stores and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will be purchasing another size for my child but somewhere else other than your store. I would dare say that occurrences like this is what drives more and more people to purchase online and stop supporting brick and mortar stores. I live in Bountiful. I have supported your store for years. No longer. I was also in your stir a few months ago to get some letters for my wall. Only to find no help, no letters, and no ability order.

I have a toddler and she likes checking out toys when she's in a place. I subscribe to the idea of 'break it you buy it' and therefore have an interest in making sure no damage befalls any items. On more than one occasion I've been asked to leave. I have already called and complained to the manager. This is the second time the employees have ripped toys out of her hands making her cry without so much as a 'sorry'.

I have had nothing but fast friendly service. No better place to get a card in South Davis County.

It was Friday afternoon. My friends and I had been browsing through "The Square" talking and laughing. As dark storm clouds gathered and heavy downpour assailed us, we sought shelter in the closest store, Tina's Hallmark. We were being a bit loud, which shouldn't have been problematic seeing as there were no other customers in the store. My friend used the restroom while the rest of us arranged rides home. After our friend came out of the bathroom, we were suddenly and spitefully ushered out of the building back into the rain, being told that public restroom service was not offered for non-paying shoppers and that we "got in the way of real customers." Thanks, Hallmark.
