Came in as a walk in to get my window tints on my Dodge Ram. Allie (sales person) took me right in and was able to get me a remote start at the same time. Store is very clean, organized and comfortable. Allie offered me coffee and water while I waited. My window tint and remote start came out great I couldn't be any happier coming here. I give Tint World an A+++++ they were great

Santiago knows his stuff about his products that his stores offers, but when it comes to the cancellations policy’s its foremost the worst I ever heard of. No work has been done to my car because of a accident my car has been in. I called up Santiago to ask him to cancel he told me that because the parts was special ordered it couldn’t be canceled I accepted that for what it is, but the part that I’m really upset about is when I ask him to cancel everything else on the invoice he then told me it can’t be canceled because it was done through finance. I called up the finance company and they said they would be more than happy to cancel it if santiago agrees, but when I asked him he said it couldn’t be done. Fine I understand if you don’t want to lose a sale but If that’s the case then charge the customer a restocking fee/or cancelation fee so by the end of the day both party’s are happy then After when I call back to talk to you about the situation you’re more mad at me because I left you a low review. You’re going to get tons more if you don’t change you’re polices and procedures.

Had a great experience on Saturday 4/21/18.  Drove in for a detail that I saw they offered on Facebook.  While waiting for my truck to get detailed I looked around and saw they do alot of other things at their store.  They approved me with their finance program they have in their store and I was able to buy a set of 20" rims and tires I have been wanting for a long time.  After the detail they installed the new rims and tires.  I asked the guy in the front Santiago about tints and he explained all the packages they offer and helped me pick one.  I got my 2 front window tints installed and he thru in a front windshield visor tint on the house when I told him I was in the army during chit chat we had.  I gave his detailer a $10 tip for the great job he did, he really did take his time detailing and went into every little crack and corner and my truck smells great.  Who would of known Tint World did all the stuff they do.  The place truly is impressive.  We needed something like this in the Massapequa area.  Very happy and satisfied customer over here :)

I had a wonderful experience today at Tint WORLD Massapequa. I had got my remote start installed somewhere else and it just stopped working. I went there n spoke to Santiago explained my situation to him n within 5 minutes he had someone stop what they were doing to pull my car in n fix the problem. I wish I would have went there first but I did get my tints done as well today while I was there n will definitely be back for more work.. Thank you, u n ur team are real professional's.
