We stayed in the 6-person tiny house, and it slept 3 couples comfortably. Obviously the single bathroom and kitchenette could only accommodate one person at a time. The location was tucked behind a strip mall near 41 ( on the Sarasota side of the bridge to Siesta Key), but it was quiet at night. We had a fun weekend stay, and I would recommend a visit to anyone interested in the Tiny House experience!

I booked a tiny house a month before my husband’s 40th birthday. We got a verification code the day that we arrived and were able to check in to our tiny home without any issues. We went out to explore the area and when we came back later that evening, there was a birthday picnic basket filled with goodies, a HUGE birthday cake and a happy birthday balloon on our deck! It was so sweet and thoughtful of them (to even remember)! The property manager is amazing and very friendly. We will definitely do it again.  We stayed in the Siesta.  The shower is a little small even for a tiny house lol.  The layout is pretty nice. It seems like they have a little more work to do in the house but it’s clean and laid out very nicely for two adults. 
The location is not directly on the beach but very close. There so many places to eat nearby but Siesta Key Village is amazing! It’s only a few minutes away (by car).  It’s a cute little town where you can walk around and they have great food (and drinks!!!)!!! 
The public beach is absolutely gorgeous.  You can go for a good breakfast in Siesta Key Village and then hit the beach!  But make sure to go back to the Village for a great dinner! 
When we sat out on the deck of our tiny house at night, people would drive/come by and ask if they were for rent or owned. My husband definitely marketed this place to at least six people and told them to go online and book it =)

My fiancé and I had an awesome time in both the tiny yellow lifeguard and the tiny aqua oasis during our stay! We loved the tiny house experience and plan on returning in the future. We already have and will continue recommending Tiny House Siesta!

Tiny House siesta is awesome!! Tiny Houses are new and in great condition!! Price is great and is located next to all the beaches and restaurants !! The guy Jody that runs the establishment is top notch and took great care of us !! Will be coming back for many years to come !!

My girlfriend and I had a amazing and awesome get away to aqua oasis, Jody was very nice and helpful. The house was very clean and well maintained, with everything you need. I won't stay anywhere else for my tiny vaction. If you're looking for a tiny vaction, or just want to relax. These tiny houses are the way to go. It's perfect for a couple or family get away. Everything you need all in a tiny house. This isn't some hotel room. This is the real deal house. Each one is different and unique. It's definitely a awesome experience to stay in a tiny house. Close to everything you need, food, shopping, and siesta key.
