Great experience working with Jorge at Tiny Jewel Box.  He’s very knowledgeable and that was invaluable in making a decision on a quality timepiece.  Phenomenal customer service, great selection, and price at one of only two Rolex ADs in the Washington metropolitan area.

A++ I called Rolex USA in new York to get more information on a recently inherited vintage Rolex. They referred me to Tiny Jewel Box.

There is a good reason for this.

I called and left a message, Jorge reached out to me as soon as possible.

I had the best customer experience of my life walking in to this place!! Everyone was friendly and smiled. I then met Kennera,  whose energy and enthusiasm together with her knowledge of time pieces made made me feel very confident that I stepped in to right place. The passion is definitely here at Tiny Jewel Box. What was more impressive to me was the patience and time Kennera dedicated to me and my inquiring of time pieces in general along with my inherited piece.  

Jorge and Kennera together have 50 years of experience with time pieces. They gave me sound advice on my options. Jorge, not only a watch sales specialist but a watch maker as well, is very honest and will guide you the right way. 

I am more than satisfied with my visit. My brother and I will be back for business.

Friendly and courteous staff, don't try to upsell you. Best selection in DC. Wouldn't go anywhere else

After being turned down by many other jewelry stores in the D.C. area for my custom piece idea, I was incredibly lucky to find Tiny Jewel Box. Alicia, the coordinator for custom made pieces, could not have been more helpful in the process. Would recommend to anybody interested in getting custom jewelry made around the country!
