Great customer service! I've been their customer many times and every time I am there they have helped me out. Now I already know what information to take with me to make the process easier/faster. I do understand that it is a loan and therefore the process needs detail, hence the time taken to get all information correct. Definitely recommend!!

I went into the Tio RIco on 6th Ave. I went in with all my paperwork I gathered as it indicated on the website. I saw Amber who I spoke to the day before.  I was there a total of 45 minutes maybe less. I had a great experience she was very friendly we spoke and laughed the entire time.  She is very helpful with her great knowledge and accuracy in assisting me because of her I had an extraordinary evening this is my second time coming for assistance to Tio Rico.  Thank you, Amber !!!! xoxo

Worst customer service ever. Went there today to get a loan and the two girls that were working sat there talking about their personal​life while filling out my information in the computer. I got up and walked out. Never will I ever go there again or recommend them to someone.

Haven't been there yet but from the reviews doesn't sound good I have delt with a lot of rude people on other side of the counter, like carrying a conversation with someone else besides the person your supposed to be attending to, don't want to go there, too bad the ad sounds good.

Horrible Service, Manager Amber (on 6th Ave) is soooooo rude and not professional at all. High interest's rates don't go here....worst decision ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
