Very convenient location with very helpful and professional staff. I've been coming here almost weekly since this location opened and never once had a bad experience.

i give this branch a 4 star because the atms in here are a little more frustrating, just because you need to tell a staff member you want your funds available same day. otherwise you can go to the atm and deposit your check or cash, make withdrawls, everything you can do at a regular bank. checks will take two days or so if you dont speak to staff. i've been going to this branch for 3 years and never once have they been rude or not helpful. nor have i seen them be rude or not helpful to another member. everyone in this branch has been super helpful and knowledgeable. especially "the blonde" Shelby, Mona is great as well and Zack is very helpful as well. this building is not a waste. i love this branch and everyone inside it.

This place is useless. The staff are rude, I waited on them to assist me but they were too busy talking with each other. When they finally stopped, I asked her a question and she did not answer me and spoke to me as if I were stupid when I had told her I had tried all those steps already. It is a waste of a building where all there is are atms that are barely working. Because of that, I had to leave, waste my time, and go to another vantage west where there are actual tellers all to just deposit some money. Don't waste your time here.

This is the most useless location ever! What is the point of having incompetent blondes who don't know how to do their jobs or solve a problem? It's all the machines fault.

This is not a typical bank. Inside consists of several ATMs. No tellers. The people that assist you are very friendly and helpful but it was frustrating when the ATM wouldn't take several of my bills and there was nothing the employees could do to accept the bills although they checked and the bills weren't counterfeit. It was a very odd banking experience.
