I personally never had a good experience for myself n vehicles. I'd like to share a wonderful experience my elderly mom had thus far, they are still working on her car. She broke down in the middle of nowhere, cell barely charged but got a call to Jack n he got a tow truck to her, she needed a rental n a staff member got her one n also used his own vehicle to take her to get a rental n handle matters for her. The manager,C&L towing n staff took awesome care of my mother. Above n beyond! Thank you!

Terrible service.  Drove our truck to another location, without our permission  or knowledge,  only way we found out was my husband went back early.  Manager had a attitude, and never called when the tires were in, as he said he would.  Oh and they charged  us twice for the tires and had to go back the next day for a refund.  Were told a district manager would call, but that never happened. Beware!!!!!

Eddie Tito, the manager went out of his way to get me tires when I had unrepairable damage on a Sunday.  I also had play tickets and was going to have to miss the play because of the flat tire.  Two of his techs, Josh and Randal, drove me to the theater and picked me up afterwards so I could join my family at the play.  This is TRULY EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Had an appointment for an oil change and it still took almost 2 hours. If i knew it was going to take so damn long i would have done it myself in 15 mins. Will not be going back.
