We've been going back and forth trying to get a rebate for two months. The representative called the proper people and stayed on the phone until everything was confirmed updated , faxed in and fixed. I am very happy that my rebate is on the way in 7 days. The service at this Verizon store is good with this girl!

Quick and thorough service. They asked what we liked and got right to it. Gave us all options and went over everything. Anthony was in training and he is in good hands with drew. It did not take long, costly,but what technology isn't, they went over everything including recommendations and thoughts. I recomend this store.

Verizon has done a wonderful job! They had all the answers, as well as the stock in the store! Verizon is very professional , the office was clean, all sales persons were clean, neat and well spoken. I had one person complete my order, a real eye opener compaired to Sprint store, were 1 customer gets, 3 unqualified personal ! Thank you for my new account, l plan on a very long relationship with Verizon.

I was greeted by Anthony and he took care of everything I asked him to do with total courtesy. Anthony should me a better case for my Samsung note 8 and a pop socket for my tablet. I Love the new case that Anthony showed me and pop socket for my tablet.The case protects it much better. It was 5 star service.
