Great service and incredibly professional staff. Both times I have been here now I was impressed by 1) how helpful and informative the staff is (no false info here) and 2) how quick the service is (consistently under the estimate because they work incredibly efficiently). Nelson was particularly helpful, giving all available options and a truly honest opinion of what services should be done.

I came to this location because they were the closest tire shop still open and I needed to get my tire patched. I came in around 7PM and spoke to Nelson. He was friendly, personal, and informative the whole time. I explained my situation and how far I needed to drive. He confirmed appointments were ahead of me and if I could wait he believed they could help. I ended up waiting about 2 hours, which was fine. They got me taken care of. I really appreciate the information upfront about having to wait, but also the fact that they were still able to help. I wish I had the names of the guy(s) who were in the back and helped. Just wanted to share this shout out to them all. Thanks!

Took 2 hours for an oil change with appointment. And it's my fault for having an odd size. I have had oil changed here over a dozen times and make an appointment in advance. Have been left waiting over 2 hours for oil change there 3 times. I think once the manager gave me free because I had to wait 3 hours. This time once they got the filter they were in no big hurry to finish up.
Time to find another shop. This one use to be good.

Went in for an oil change and they tried to scam me saying that my brakes were out and I would ONLY have to pay for parts, and labor would be free and it would cost $1,600.  This is a few weeks after my mechanic at home replaced the brakes.  DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU SAYING THAT YOU HAVE A CAR PROBLEM AND THEY WILL FIX IT!  They are just creating more business for themselves at your expense!

Horrible service. Waited over an hour to drop it off and over an hour to pick it up.  Waited over four hours just for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything to help. I came in to have the splash guard reattached and they ended up losing it. I also came back to find that they had left my car unlocked. Definitely would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Edit: even though they were able to review (in less than three minutes) the five hours worth of security footage of my van at their shop to conclude that the splash guard was never there and I was a liar, it was in fact there. I had explained that I was worried the loose splash guard would get stuck under my tire on the interstate... well guess what happened? I lost control of the car after leaving their shop, spun out and now my neck really hurts. If they put as much effort into caring about the safety of their customers as they put into calling them liars then this would have never happened. I will be filing a report with the BBB tomorrow
